What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 1-2 days to process your order. The delivery time estimated by our carrier varies depending on the destination:

  • 4 to 6 working days for Europe.
  • 6 to 10 working days for the United States.
  • 2 to 3 weeks for Africa.

Our offices are located near Nuremberg in Germany.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, the tracking number is sent to you as soon as the package is shipped. Once it has left the country of dispatch, you must check with the postal services in your country.

Some items are missing from my order, what is happening?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If, for example, it contains articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item in question at the email address: tiberiasboutique@gmail.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can however trace your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues that our customers may encounter with their items online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 30 days of the date of the order and that the product(s) concerned were not sold on discount.
